Operations Associate

Qualifications: 4-year degree and at least 3 years of management experience, preferably in a technology role. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be someone who has some knowledge of technical specifics as well as the ability to convey them to the client in a way they understand. The right fit will be a self starter who can work both independently and as part of the team. Ability to stay cool under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is critical.

Responsibilities, Expectations and Core Requirements: 
We support our customers in all of their technology requirements ranging from help with servers, workstations, and network infrastructure, to advice on a decision regarding hosted email solutions and PC configurations. The Operations Associate will need to work closely with both the Dispatch and Procurement departments as well as Executive Management to get projects completed. Responsibilities for this position are detailed below:

  • Planning and implementing changes for clients, and internally, from start to finish including email migrations, office moves, new 
  • servers, etc. 
  • Managing quality of work 
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
  • Overseeing inventory and distribution of equipment
  • Documentation for all processes as well as change management
  • Overseeing Finance, Procurement and Dispatch departments to ensure all are meeting their standards for quality and timeliness
  • Assisting with dispatching calls when needed
